Programmable Wash Cabinet

Our programmable washers feature fully automated battery washing. The battery is loaded on the feeder section, and the operator then pushes the start button. The battery is automatically indexed on the feeder section, the doors automatically open, and the battery is loaded into the wash stand by a series of powered rollers. The battery is then automatically washed, dried, and moved back to the feeder section.

The programmable washers features hands-off battery washing for large forklift fleets who wash their batteries daily. This washer will accommodate all battery sizes on the market today.

Power Wash Cabinet

Designed to accommodate the majority of battery sizes on the market today, Multi-Shifter's power wash cabinet provides full wash coverage form overhead spray nozzles. The controls are easily arranged for easy operator access and the full-view Lexan door is pneumatically operated. The automatic wash cabinet also features a powered roller assembly to index short batteries into and out of the cabinet. The adjustable timers control wash and air blow off functions.
